Victoria is a qualified social worker, experienced community educator and social researcher with 20 years experience working across community education, social work and international development. For 10 years she worked in academia specialising in social justice, equalities and human rights. She is highly experienced in qualitative and participatory research and has led international and interdisciplinary research teams working with marginalised or vulnerable groups. Victoria is a confident communicator, delivering clear messaging to large groups and written reports for academic, policy and practice audiences.
